Q St. Renovations

The row house in Logan Circle where my father-in-law grew up is finally close to being completely renovated.  I got to go in with realtor Matt Zanolli and take some promo pics for his website and brochures.  It is really amazing what Lynn was able to do with this space. This thing was totally gutted and brought back to life in a very stylish and creative way. It’s got a sweet, two-level owners suite and two split-level rental units.  I’m going to post some “before” pics as soon as I get my hands on them. Hopefully my photos will do Lynn’s hard work justice.
